Victoria is a U.S. Air Force veteran and seasoned operations leader who has spent her career leading high-stakes logistics across government and healthcare. From humanitarian missions to life-saving surgical supply chains, she’s built, led, and fixed systems where failure isn’t an option.  

Her journey began in the Air Force, where she honed her skills overseeing complex global supply chains under pressure. In the private sector, she led operational strategy for a leading medical device company, tackling critical challenges in surgical logistics and high-value asset movement.

In 2025, Victoria founded Praetis with a mission to bring clarity and control to the world’s most critical logistics—where failure can cost more than just time and resources. Under her leadership, Praetis is building intelligent systems that empower teams to move faster, make smarter decisions, and execute with confidence when it matters most.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master’s in Business, and brings to Praetis a leadership style grounded in systems thinking, calm execution, and a bias for action—developed through years of leading high-stakes logistics where precision mattered and people came first. Her work is positioning the company at the forefront of intelligent logistics innovation.
